ОтветитьNot helpful at all! 😢 Your title is "Delete credit card details from Zoom" and you clearly show that it is not possible to delete that info. You only show how to "Cancel a Zoom subscription" which is very easy to do.... Yet, once you do (as I did), your credit card info is still present on the page, and is NOT deleted!

ОтветитьHello. I had a different problem. Paid for annual subscription for error. Then my credit card (plastic) has been lost so I cancelled it in my bank so it went outdated in zoom. After a year, i supposed that auto-renewal of the plan would not be possible cause the credit card is not more available. For my surprise they let me keep using zoom even though they couldnt charge me but now they want the money. I'm sincerely not using the service. Is there any way to skip the payment ant get away with it?

ОтветитьCredit card information CAN be deleted by contacting billing support though zoom website help, by choosing to contact billing agent by chat. We've solved it this way
ОтветитьZoom's auto renewal makes me feel disgusting! To cancel the plan you have to manually do it and it only can be found via desktop/laptop. The most disgusting part is they force to keep our credit card detail bind to the account without way to remove it! No more Zoom, it is so unsafe and unfriendly!
