Building my garden office / workshop - in 7 minutes

I'm really looking at this in detail only because I'm thinking of doing it myself. Was there an incline on the roof? It was so close to the fence on the left, was it not difficult to get in there to finish that side off.

Nice, till you get told to take it down.
Must be at least one metre from any boundary (wood), or it is constructed substantially of non-combustible materials.

Build the walls lying down then liaise them is the proper way to build.

The batons on the outside for the shiplap instead of screwing direct to the OSB board. Is that so moisture can run down?

why can us europeeans not be able to build with wood like the americans do ? they have been building like primates for ages and perfected it . build the wall down then lift it up

I'm assuming that the local council hasn't been involved seeing as the structure is made of combustible materials and closer than 1m to the border of the property?

Great video. Thought me a lot. It also forced me to do some research as I never seen insulation board located benefit the concrete slab. Now I understand it is common practice. Should there be polythene sheet cover the insulation board to isolate it from the concrete?
I enjoyed the other video showing the internal transformation 👍
