Creating a Contact Form in WordPress | A Step-by-Step Tutorial with Fluent Forms

Hello. Thanks for this video. Can I change the page handle? Not that there's anything wrong with [fluentform id="4"], but I was thinking something more meaningful.

Just downloaded this plugin, setup a form and when we preview in the backend of the site it shows up blank with this message
"You are seeing preview version of Fluent Forms. This form is only accessible for Admin users. Other users may not access this page. To use this for in a page please use the following shortcode: [fluentform id='5']" When we paste the shortcode into a text box in Salient page and preview, nothing appears, it's just blank.

i did this but i can't submit? How can i make sure when people fill in the form that they email me?
