judge bias af
ОтветитьI could never be a lawyer... I would have to lie and create scenarios that didn't happen... I wouldn't be able to sleep at night!
ОтветитьThe alternate reality defense usually works
ОтветитьHow does one put evidence on the record if they can't ask a witness about facts not on the record ?
ОтветитьSurely he had the opportunity to ask this while he was throwing his questions out….why didn’t he ask then?
ОтветитьI'm pretty sure that the prosecution uses speculation on EVERY SINGLE CASE. What a joke this judge should be put in jail.
ОтветитьJudge is skinny Archie Bunker
ОтветитьI don't know why the lawyer didn't enter the 911 call into evidence or ask/question this other male witness they were talking about first before going down this line of questioning. To me that seems like basic logic but I am not a lawyer so maybe there is more to this then I think.
ОтветитьCross-examination is a key legal right. The case will be tossed if the judge interferes in any way.
ОтветитьScum defense lawyers
ОтветитьCourt Proceedings 101: The is a requirement of Establishment BEFORE further questioning; otherwise it's considered "leading" (asking someone to speculate).
Ответитьwtf is a centella lol
ОтветитьThats a "scold"?
ОтветитьLOVE THIS JUDGE!!!
ОтветитьSi
ОтветитьI don't know what they are talking about.
ОтветитьRegardless of how the atty is conducting himself; the judge is "stooping down" 2 the atty's level RE: misconduct. That's what I'm sensing here.
ОтветитьLess than one minute in, and the fact that that attorney is actually trying to defend his bs is beyond angering.
I cannot stand liars.
Just sit down and listen to what the judge is saying you can't make up stories
ОтветитьThe Judge shouldn't have let the attorney go on. He should have just said "I've made my ruling. That will be all"
ОтветитьThe judge is 100% right. The defense attorney, by asking hypotheticals, is attempting to create evidence/testimony into the case.
THAT'S not allowed! Attorneys cannot create evidence!
"Understood judge...... but".
Should've stopped before the "but".
"That's my ruling. End of it." If only all augurents could be settled that easily.
ОтветитьJudge is right, the jury will think there must be some evidence of the BS.
ОтветитьI hate it when grandpa and grandpa fight 😥
ОтветитьShe keeps changing her story?? Disqualify her as a witness!!
Ответитьinformative
ОтветитьHe served less than 2 years in a hospital after being found innocent because of insanity. I just cant even anymore
ОтветитьDang, tuat judge was realky civil.
ОтветитьSo Americans can’t hire an attorney to defend them in court? The government gets to decide your defense? No wonder they’re 5% of the world population and 20% of the worlds criminals. Land of the prisoner.
ОтветитьUmm, is no one going to ask if the judge and the defense attorney are related? Like brothers or something? They look almost like twins. Maybe it's just me.
ОтветитьAssumes facts not in evidence
ОтветитьThis judge is horrible. Facts come out on the witness stand, not where the judge has prior knowledge of testimony. Defense attorneys should absolutely be able to question a witness on statements, or recollection of facts.
ОтветитьAre any of you Clarance Darrows attorneys? Shut up.
ОтветитьTo be quite fair, the victim has an obligation under the law, NOT to make her injuries any worse than they originally were.
By bleeding so much, Lauren Kanarek blatantly and deliberately (& probably with malice aforethought too) sought to make her injuries that much worse.
Case dismissed.
lol
The job of the attorney is to ask question, judge is not his teacher, usa is so barbaric and fcked up.
ОтветитьThe judge is straight wrong on this. The way you get evidence in about whether or not something happened is to ask a witness. What the judge is basically saying is that you can't ask any questions that elicit facts that contradict what facts the Prosecutor has put into the record.
ОтветитьWhy doesn't this clip show the questioning that was objected to?
ОтветитьJudge was in the tank for the state.
Still not guilty.
I really hope the poor dude the lawyer is defending isn’t on trial for anything serious……..like anything past the theft of a lollipop or a single smartie (not the whole roll of smarties but just….one single smart) I’m guessing that smart is the singular of said candy smarties lol
ОтветитьI'm sorry, this is as basic as it gets. Are we sure this defense attorney actually passed the bar? Talk about grasping at straws.
ОтветитьThis rude attorney reminds me of Craig Mueller…the attorney for Michael Lee McDonald regarding his divorce from Candace McDonald a few yrs ago. Mueller got on everyone’s nerves…he was rude & condescending & arrogant jerk…he was awful & this guy seems to be a “brother” of Mueller.
ОтветитьI honestly have no idea what is going on, but that Judge, is awesome!!
ОтветитьAnd if there’s gunshot residue on the body, you know that they at least were in so much of a range of the intended target. It leaves what’s called flashback.
ОтветитьThe position of the body there’s always pulling up the blood, and which usually tells corners which position the body was laid in if it was move
ОтветитьIt takes only two hours after someone dies before they start to go into what’s called rigor mortis
ОтветитьThere’s no such thing as benefit of the doubt when it comes to the law because then you’re trying to imply that circumstantial evidence is more important than factual evidence
ОтветитьAnd that’s why I would make a poor defense attorney, but I’d make a great prosecuting attorney
ОтветитьI don’t lie to judges, and here’s why they’ve heard and seen it all
Ответить
