Nice, it's cool that it let's you know how much you're gonna make before you accept the order. And it's a decent enough payout to make it worth it for most people.

But gas money and wear and tear on your car. So, this should definitely be a part time thing. Rough and risky living if it's your main source of income.

I use the big Ikea blue bags and hook on cart to separate big orders the bags are cheap at ikea😊

Subtracting for miles roughly I would take about $50-$60 off your total and then divide by 13 and that give you an idea what you made

As someone who hates going into strore myself and dosent drive i rather have someone else deleever for me as ots safe from all the drama in there

2 filters required: $1 an item; $10 a mile. Destroyed the vehicle and operated for a loss. Have to compete with cheaters; play their game. Going rabbit hunting.

You’re a clown don’t take what ever, take only the good batches. Example, first batch of 25 was horrible, those shoppers think it’s ok to tip that low because they think there’s always someone who will take them.

What about gas?

This guy's not being honest. Showing the estimated pay for the delivery isn't what you actually make. It's the estimate including estimated tip. For shop and pay most people don't tip. For food delivery you usually get a tip. I did shop and pay 2 days straight and then opted out of the program because I didn't even make gas money. Even doing straight hot food delivery the best I've ever done was about $21.00 per hour. But most days I average about 10 to 14 dollars per hour, before expenses and that's just gas. I have no estimate on how much of that would go for upkeep on my vehicle. I have a 100% satisfaction rate so, I do often get decent tips. I come out much better working a 12 dollar an hour job. Hot food delivery is ok for supplemental income but, you can't depend on it for main income. It's not steady enough. You only have a couple of days a week that you can make a decent hourly rate. And Monday and Tuesday and often Wednesday aren't even worth doing. At least where I am. Fort Myers/Cape Coral FL area.

I make more money than I spend and I’m lazy. I love these apps. I’d rather tip than go get it myself.

so the dollar amount you see is what you (the driver) will get paid? or is that the price of the order at the store?

They need to pay better especially when your in the store and they start adding more items that shouldn't be allowed that slows you down for less pay then when you try your best and its not your fault that the items are not available they give you a bad rating

If you want reviews. Ask the customers for them when you drop off the order.

Really it's about 191.69 once you figure up mileage and taxes. It's still pretty good but something I always look at.

Don't wort my time get to the store spend 35 minutes at the store get to the costomer another 15 minutes is over one hour no thanks

Proof that multi apping is the key to making this work. At minimum 4 apps, preferably 6 to maximize opportunities/deactivated account threats.

It's a miracle if I can do 2 orders and I'll wish you 2 cards. If I use more than one I have add. And dyslexia and only that. I'm disabled and I do not do have a living. I know most people will take orders that are heavy for heavy pay, sorry not happening. My back and the health of my back is more important than your groceries. It's not my job to carry 20 cases of water. No thank you. I will stick with the smaller orders maximum of 20 items, that's it. The reason is I am not breaking my back. I have severe osteoarthritis. No thank you.

A lot of these videos I watch I see drivers averaging $30-$60 per order, meanwhile mine where I live/work are $9-$30, i thought I was doing something wrong, so it’s good to see some relatable experiences😁

instacart is the most time consuming job..i hated it. i rather the store shop for the customer then i pull up and the employee will go to my car. i dont like shoppping for people cuz it would take me 1 hr to shop and drive another 15-20 mins on top of that for less than $30. Roadie and Door Dash is way better

subtract gas and depreciation of your car... tires / brakes / engine oil and you are probably closer to 12 dollars an hour

I tried instacart a few times and I quit them because their shoppers in order to save time just grabbed the produce closest to them regardless of quantity or lack of. They substituted too many times even though I said no substitutes and finally, they couldn’t locate many of my requested items. After delivery, none of them smiled at me.
