You are leading future great drummers to struggle and undo your damage later. Please, there are other ways to feel important and worth then misleading people to think you are what you are not. A drummer or drum teacher you are not. I forbid you to post anymore of this nonsense! stop, just stop and put down the recorder and never do it again....Promise us!

When is the lesson where you slap beginners as you yell at them if they were rushing or dragging?

Please, if you're trying to learn how to play drums, don't watch this video. The timing this guy performs with, and his ability to properly play the drums is at a level of which he should not be making tutorial videos. He's fine, he's learning, but he's not an expert. Watch the real tutorials from drumeo, and other drum videos. Not trying to be an ass, but it's important for beginners to be taught the right way, because when you play wrong for a long time, it's very difficult to unlearn drums.

I like the way that this tutorial is so raw and natural that it feels that I'm in there with you teaching me all the basics. Being an intermediate drummer myself, I feel like being literally schooled by someone which will allow me to relearn my roots.

I have the Roland TD-11 kit. How do you get your Hi-Hat to sound so good? I went in and adjusted the settings for the hi-hat to get it to sound better but it sounds more muffled than anything.

remember when i had my manual kit as a child bum tic bak toc bum tic bum tic bac bom bom tic back...abd it evolved fast from there as i experimented a lot so much i amazed my teacher my playing a Paton i wasint supposed to play or learn another 4 years later hehehe sorry for any misspelling
