4 Tips for Better Skin Tones | GH5 and GH5s

Ok ok skin tones, but what about the damn SNEAKER rotating around inside some weird curlicue and the damn 1000 red bull cans!? :D

I've had the GH5 for years and I've been quite frustrated with rubbish image quality as it's been worse than my phone...until now! I cannot begin to thank you for the astronomical difference in image quality in comparison just by following your settings. THANK YOU!

Is it possible to take the skin tone/color from a person in a video, and put it onto yourself? Meaning, if I put myself into a video and want to match the color of the other person in the video, is that possible in an easy way?

so for your white balance. you always move the adjustment in white balance away from the green all the time? then adjust white balance after?

Where do you access those Hue/Saturation Curves in FCP - from which menu?

I love the hue-vs-hue-curves in fcpx for exactly that reason. It makes correcting skin tones so much easier!
There is another neat trick btw if you're really not sure if the color is a "neutral" skin tone: You can create an easy mask around a patch of skin and activate the vectorscope view. There is a line representing a "standard skin tone" which you can use as reference.
