ОтветитьI just discovered this yoga flow session. Great for smoothing out soreness at the end of the day, after a workout.. I slept like a baby afterwards. It is challenging but doable - highly recommend. It will leave you feeling accomplished, tired and a little bit stretchier! :-)

ОтветитьThis is 27th of June in 2022. I’ve been working out with Pam for two years and just tried this yoga for the first time, I loved 1) hearing the ocean 2) hearing calm and quite pams instructions and 3) omG the view. Would love to have similar workouts in the future! ❤️❤️❤️
