And your children are so sensible and careful with it too! How do you teach them to take such care? And lastly, how old would you say is a good age to start participating in food preparation? American market use tap water to wash Tuna fish, it looks clean but tastes terrible.
Go to real seafood market than you can see fishing boat.
Only clean outside fish skin.

In my area of the US it's not easy to come across sashimi grade fish outside of sushi restaurants, but if I ever do manage to get my hands on some sashimi-grade tuna I'm definitely gonna try this recipe, it sounds delicious! 😋
