WHY PAY MORE?! Tab S8 vs Tab S8+ vs Tab S8 ULTRA

do all of these 3 tablets have the same battery life and charge time and storage ?? if so then i would get the s8, just because its small and i dont like a huge tablet at all, and right now i have
galaxy tab 8.0 2019 (tablet) and i think i need a upgrade to be honest the one i have right now is good and all but its starting to get slow and lowkey its old already time for a upgrade right now i have that and hp chromebook 14a-na1083cl (laptop which i got last july )


so please help me out with tablet i should consider getting just want one that would last me more storage and battery life

You talk about the different battery sizes and then immediately jump into an ad without mentioning that the smallest battery lasts the longest because the s8 doesn't have to display as many pixels.

Is it possible to put a sim card in it and use it out in the country like cell phone? Since we don't all live in a big city with wifi everywhere all the time. Remember... no home phone ,no router, no wifi, can it be used with mobile data? No one seems to know...

I settled for the S8+ for sheer utility purposes. I didn’t want to have another huge device in my camera bag, as my laptop is the bulk of my kit, so having the 12.4 inch display is JUST big enough to throw in my bag for a bigger editing surface than my tab S7.

One mistake, you said only the ultra 512gb storage version comes with 16gb ram... the 8+ version has 16gb of ram as well.

@Tech Gear Talk I'm not to happy with the tab s8 series, I have the tab s8 plus which is the only tab s8 that has 5g, I really want the tab s8 ultra but it's only wifi (no 5g) This is very upsetting😡

After joining the Apple ecosystem at a young age now fully adult 27 years old I am finally slowly switching to Samsung ecosystem!
Starting off with purchasing one of these gorgeous tablets or don’t know yet if I want to wait for 2023 line up. Anyways in 2-4 years I am switching from IPhone 14ProMax to a Samsung phone! And eventually in the future a watch! I already have a Samsung TV and I like it a lot.

If you get the cell-enabled model, the SIM card slot is unavailable for memory expansion.

I bought a s8 ultra... My suggestion is don't buy it, its as heavy as a laptop (it's 14inch) so you can't hold it single handly, not even double handly for a while, and the battery isnt' that good. Tablet should be tablet - not heavy, can be held single handly so you can bring it everywhere, bed, coach, lying or sitting. Sadly s8 ultra doesn't fit.

If the main difference is screen size, I'd actually prefer the Plus even though I'd like to use it like a portable second display. My thinking is that the smaller one is even more portable while the Ultra seems almost like lugging a second laptop around. But that AMOLED and latency is important to me since the main reason I'd be getting it is as a stylus display for my laptop. I have the S22 Ultra and really love the stylus, and can see the benefit of using it for Photoshop and Illustrator amongst other things.

Ipad pro 12.9 is what I have.. but I'm thinking about adding the s8 ultra to my line up. I have a fold 4 and an iphone. I get the best of both worlds and not an iOS fan boy or an android fan boy.

What is the battery life in S8 vs S8+ equipped with sAmoled display? Really important factor for me.

Size matters...

I had to upgrade my S22 ultra to the 23ultra since the antenna was pretty much fried. And I refused to continue paying 900 for a refurbished phone they were gonna send. It kept dropping calls, and had no service unless I was connected to my tablet. Lol. S22 apparently had a lot of issues after launch.

And I have the S7+ tab and it's held up beautifully but I cannot wait until can upgrade to the S8 ultra. Digital art and schoolwork will be phenomenal on that large screen.
