ОтветитьПочему у меня получился внутри сухой рассыпчатый, вместо эластичного? Что я сделал не так , выпекал на подогреве снизу и сверху, может быть из-за этого?

ОтветитьI've just made these! Love them! The amount of sugar is perfect, I don't like cookies which take a lot of sugar. I made five cookies using a big ice cream scoop, and my oven is very outdated, so I had to bake them for 19 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. I also put a second baking sheet under the one the cookies are in, to prevent the bottoms from burning. Thank you, and greetings from Brazil!

ОтветитьRight, so I made these as written yesterday and they turned out great, but they didn't spread much and were very cake-y. IF you're after something chewier you need to:
- use baking SODA (aka, bicarb soda in my neck of the woods), not baking powder
- find some way to scale down the amount of egg
I made it today and the dough taste so yummy also am happy it baked perfectly the measurement were on point ♥️
ОтветитьThis is so good!! I tried it and it came out excellent. I cooked them on 165-170 degrees and not on 190 as it is mentioned in the video.
Also I made two batches of 50 grams and 35 grams cookie size respectively. In my home everyone preferred the 35 grams size.
Once you make the roundels use a flat bottom utensil to press them flat before putting them in the oven. They will come out perfectly in round and curvy cookie shape.
