How to backup and restore your data in QuickBooks Online Advanced

Is restore and backup available in UK Advanced version to those thinking of upgrading from QBO UK Plus?

Hi, I am living in UAE, how to back company and restore ? because in my QuickBooks on line there is not back up in setting

Can you download each backup similar to desktop instead of having to import each report individually

Is this only for Advanced? Is there no way to backup any other subscriptions?
