Part 4: PHP Admin Panel - Insert data into database in php mysqli with form validation in php

Hello other students like me, greetings. Has anyone completed this lesson? It`s been 3 times I have checked my code, but could not find any mistake but still data insertion not working. Once SAVE submitted it goes to code.php then happens nothing. But my next lesson is work working fine. If any of you has completed data insertion lesson successfully would you please share me the code? Thanks.
