Is there any way to upload file from virtual reality runtime?

how do i read png file? I try to get the "path" file name and put it in "LoadPNG("path") put the path is incorrect. It incorrect because it have the prefix "file///" and it replace a space with "%20". I can append the path but is there any better way? (like getting the raw path file)
