Aside from having the genetics of Minato (Fourth) & the tutelage of Kakashi (Sixth), his trademark, Shadow Clone, is the legacy of Tobirama (Second). He also adopted Hashirama (First) & Hiruzen's (Third) ideology that all the Leaf villagers are their family, an ideology that is also used by later Hokages, including Tsunade (Fifth)

It's so pathetic that the first hokage and the second hokage could have rescinded the contract that Orochimaru had placed on them during the Konoha crush.

Hashirama in his prime would defeat a prime Hiruzen 1 vs. 1 every time. And prime Hiruzen could defeat Orochimaru 1 versus 1 every time. I feel it would be too close to call a 1v1 between Tobirama and Hiruzen. However, they could have rescinded the contract.
