The absolute worst support. The are untrained nasty agents. Chat takes 10 minutes in between answers and if you as the name of the agent, they will disconnect the call. There is no oversite on those idiots. Same goes for phone support. The make wait for an hour and then they make believe they can't here you and hag up.. Nasty people on every end.

So once I changed my website URL to my domain in the settings, the wordpress dashboard no longer loads

BLUEHOST IS A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!

DO NOT USE BLUEHOST OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED! They hook you in with a low special price but it goes up 150% after your trial period. You get the site and have tons of issues with set up so you go to ask for help on chat and wait 20 minutes for someone to join the chat if not days of trying to get someone to come on the chat. Then they ask you your issue but first you have to go to your email and come back to the chat and give them a code. When you come back they either tell you the code expired or they ended the chat. Your going to do this for weeks until someone finally comes to work and doesn't help you. They constantly try to upsell. So I immediately asked for a refund within 24 hours of paying for my site.

If you ask for a refund on chat they call you and upsell you to "ensure you have a better experience". You go with said upgrades and they never give you any of it.

Then when you go to ask for a refund again or even some help, the entire site is down not just your website but Bluehost and everyone on their hosting! You can't even get them by calling them their phones go down! I was locked out for weeks and it threw off the algorithm I was going with. Damming my website to be a failure because you have to do certain things at certain times for Google to recognize your website.

So then I try to recover and never could. I ask for a refund again and was told no. I ask multiple times and was told no every single time even within the timeframe they say you can have a refund. So I email them and get a yes and they ask me to send them my pin. I send the pin and they come back to say they will reimburse partially and take the money I paid for site lock but I never received the green lock on my site! Which if you don't your site isn't secure! No joke they stole my money and committed fraud against their customer! They also want to hold ownership over my domain but make me pay for the domain I will no longer have access to.

From my experience they are fraudulent and should be shut down. DO NOT GO WITH BLUEHOST! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I am building a website on Bluehost (new to website building - day 1 today). I don't see "Astra options" under appearance menu. I am using the free Astra theme. Any idea what's wrong?

I have tried install/uninstall and activate/deactivate option a couple of times. Didn't work.

You should’ve mentioned in the beginning, that have to pay for more services moving forward during a customization. I initially was hoping to just customize using the free resources. I only paid for the domain and the initial free services when you purchase Bluehost.

Changing the wordpress url threw off my site. Im kind of mad that you casually instructed me to change that, resulting in me being locked out of the wordpress site unable to change it back easily.
Seems to be common issue though, is fixed by manually changing the php settings on your websiteproviders site. For anyone with the same Problem, webdev maestros video helped me fix it pretty fast.

Bluehost is the worst website host/provider. I had them for 35 days and missed the window for a refund by 5 days. I was locked into a three year contract. My simple website was down three to four times a week and customer service did not answer my questions or resolve the issue - I had to learn ways of resolving it myself. I had the middle level service where I had access to better customer support - that's not the case. DO NOT TRUST BLUEHOST. THEIR REVIEWS ARE GETTING WORSE AND WORSE.
