ОтветитьThe affirmation resonated with me, I've been off the alcohol, going back to the gym, starting to hit the heavy bag again and I've been reflecting on the first semester of Uni I just completed with great success. Haven't been getting this physical since surgery for an injury last year and its feeling great.
All that said I just can't get the hang of those body folds. I never know what the priority is with it, do I keep the legs straight or do I focus on getting my upper body to fold. Because I just simply can't do anything with the legs straight and even when I bend them I just kinda slouch a little bit. Its like my body, particularly my lower back I think just can't bend that way and the belly I have doesn't help matters either. So I'm just kinda stuck there doing a leg stretch because I don't know what else to do.
I felt that “thank you so much” towards you as you said it. This might be my favorite movement. I have yet to do the newest one released in April, life being busy. However this is perfect for reshaping and instilling a certain calm and peace within me as I can take these thoughts and feelings to bed before the next day. I truly appreciate all that you do for this community. Namaste 🙏

ОтветитьReally struggled with the folds today, had to adapt them to accomodate my stiff muscles from a full day if sitting in the car/office. Still glad to have made it 6/6 days in a row !
