Sorry to disappoint but those Kantanka cars are not "made in" Ghana, they are "assembled" in Ghana. For comparison, lookup the Kantanka Onatefo and compare to Foday Explorer 6. Or compare the Kantanka K71 to Brilliance Jinbei S30, or even look up the pickups Kantanka Omama and the rest, now lookup Jinbei Dalishen and Foday Lion. These are all chinese cars rebranded as made in Ghana.


This is the very reason why even Ghana government is not giving them support. It's almost like defrauding the whole nation over Chinese cars imported as "Knocked Down Body Kit" and assembled by not-engineers but JHS and SHS (Senior High School) leavers.


I am pained because I tried to acquire one for myself and then found out what so many Ghanaians knew and were silent about.
