@aztecross what about combining this with warmind cells? Wouldn’t the warmind cells add more explosions, and make this a bigger AOE?

If this was precision shots cause small explosions around impact area, then it would be dope

This exotic is also fun to pair with Outbreak Perfected. Precision kills cause explosion, then nanites attach and finish off guardians. Ive found this combo pretty rewarding in crucible, a few times getting tripple kills after only shooting at one target.

My brother got this exotic chest. And he said its a small explosion after the buff it got in the update.

I just got this from a drop playing on Mars.. I was doing the protocol just got done killing the lvl7 boss ogre got the ikelos sniper then start another round and it dropped from the first yellow thrall I killed.. I enjoy this chest piece alot.. it destroys hive and technically gives every primary kinetic Firefly.. so now I can focus on rampage n kill clip and outlaw and not have to worry bout rolling for Firefly anymore..

Chromatic Fire + Masterworked Huckleberry = Ad Burstin Orb Chukin machine.

Does it help with sunshot?

Have had this one for a couple of weeks now..it is my go to exotic armor for my warlock. Have been rocking this together with DFA..with drop mag..really sweet.
Also have a Duke with outlaw so basically with this chest piece I got imago loop/fatebringer but with slower fire rate :)

I'm only missing the this and the other warlock exotic armor and I'll have all of the exotic armor( including the forsaken exotics) Is anyone else this close. I'd like to know. Rng is up in the air. I've heard of ppl not having any forsaken exotics at all and habe been playing it since launch.

Basically dragonfly explosive payload and outlaw in one gun.

Pair this with my nation of beast with outlaw and explosive payload. Reminds me so much of the fatebringer.

Just got this a few days ago. It's the best!

It doesn't count as an ability kill to my knowledge. You can really see those chain explosions with a charged axiom bolt grenade. I've been quite liking this build with atonement of control because if the walls run at me or there are some groups I'll crit and just get 2 or three ionic traces. It's really fun.

I've tested it kinda & it doesn't appear to trigger any Subclass abilities (for instance Dark Matter) or exotic perks such as the perks on Nezarec's Sin. However it is good for Strike/Nightfall modifiers.

...And as a Warlock main, the secondary explosions do NOT count as ability kills....

Yessir! I rock this exotic whenever I feel like watching lots of things go BOOM - especially when using my "Go Figure" with outlaw and kill clip OR my second Go Figure with outlaw and rampage! Does some nasty, nasty work particularly in PvE.

got this last week. Compliments top tier void with bloom and Gravaton lance. Everything you kill blows up from kinetic, energy, melee nd grenades.

combined with atonement of chaos against a swarm of thrall should be fun

With the new void super if it counts your grenades will charge even faster idk why but that might be a thing

I'm a warlock main. I don't have this chest piece yet but I don't think that it would count as a void ability kill if you get kills with the explosion. In all subclasses or pieces of armor if it says kills it either means specifically weapon kills, or specifically ability(as in grenade, melee or super) kills.

If you look closely, like really close, it does count as an ability kill. It's just really hard to tell because the follow up explosion is also void.

My pick would 100% be with the crimson. The stability is absolutely pinpoint. You actually have to try to not get a precision shot with that thing
