This is a great video I need to get back in and do this again I’ve got 10% for my back pain I never even considered the sharp shooting pain in my arms to be connected
ОтветитьGreat video. I hurt my back and shoulder when I fell after getting electrocuted while working in The Navy. I was young and figured it would get better but now at 50, those old injuries from that day are coming back to haunt me. Is it to late for me to be able to file a claim?
ОтветитьGet a job you loser and quit making videos on how to scam the system LOSER!
ОтветитьQuestion: What if you’ve gone to sick call and there is a notation of lumbar injury and years later it turned out to be spinal stenosis and required lumbar decompression fusion surgery. What do you believe that should be rated?
Ответитьi did a C&P for my back was getting 10% after retirement.. lady totally screwed me over.. could barely walk r bend and yet she said i passed.. what a joke!!
ОтветитьHow would i make this look on personal statements ?
ОтветитьDoes anyone get a restless leg feeling in the legs from the lumbar pain as well?
Ответить54%? Nope. Do NOT pay this guy to file claims for you.
ОтветитьWhat if i didnt say tell my (representatives for my case) that for my documents(evidence), is it still possible to say it for my c&p exam?
ОтветитьWhat if they awarded 10%, how do I get more?
ОтветитьBack (crushed L5, herniated discs); radiating pain down both legs; left arm numbness, irritated bowel =?
ОтветитьIn May 2022, Leidos QTC Health Services (QTC) was awarded two contracts worth $1.7 billion to provide medical disability exams for veterans and separating or retiring service members. QTC is a company owned by Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).
QTC's services include: Disability-focused medical exams, Occupational health services, Diagnostic testing, and Case management services.
QTC's goal is to provide an unbiased medical report to clients by gathering the medical evidence needed to evaluate claims. QTC uses a customized operational workflow to help the VA achieve efficiency and accuracy goals.
What documentation (other than the C&P exam) is needed to prove service-connection. Would a recorded car accident work in a POV?
ОтветитьWhat is the mental SSD
ОтветитьThank you so much for everything you do!
Is that 20% rating for mild, moderate or severe neuropathy?
Thank you for information. C&P on 3 October Martinsburg VA. Back, Radiculopathy, Neuropathy. Documents EMG, pain doc, Neurologist & 12 months pain. Service connection degenerative arthritis started boot camp pain in both knees 1977.
Looking for the 8620 sciatica nerve neuritis rating 40% bilateral
I claimed lumbar spine pain with motion (I just ETS’d) do I also need to make a separate claim for SSD or will it be included when I go to my appointment (whenever that will be it’s been months)
ОтветитьYou and your channel helped me get to 100% P&T yesterday bro , I just wanna simply thank you for what you do and continue helping other vets man.
ОтветитьDid you need a nexus letter for neck pain secondary to back?
ОтветитьHow can i reach you, please i need your contact. My pcm just initiated my medboard
ОтветитьJust did a VES exam this morning for Lumbar Strain for increase/reevaluation on appeal. But notice examination were short just for Lumbar strain only, with that said as I was addressing about my neck pain the examiner said she doesn’t have anything on DBQ for neck just for lumbar only. Idk anybody experienced this also. Is this a VA thing so they can shorten up DBQ just to focus on Lumbar strain only. But the examiner were pretty nice and didn’t force you to push your limit. I hope I get great result as of today in the next few weeks or less.
ОтветитьI'm at 80% and I have this c&p exam in a few days. Thank you for this information. 100% is the goal
ОтветитьHave to ask, what’s with the leather jacket? I know you’re not outside in the winter or flying a plane at high altitude.
ОтветитьI would like assistance in reevaluating my rating for my back injury. Could you please guide me on how to approach this reevaluation? Thank you. My rating is based on SSD and back pain, but the VA significantly underappraised it; it's much lower than the ratings you mentioned in your video.
ОтветитьWhat is the VA C&P form number
Ответить2 back surgeries knee and hip pain numbness of feet and pain spikes throughout the week. I am still in
ОтветитьAwesome Video 😊
ОтветитьDo you receive additional credit for your dominate side?
ОтветитьThis is a great video explaining how I feel that the VA fails to explain and/or understand. I only suffer this on one side of my body but it has really taken a toll on me physically and mentally.
ОтветитьWhat do I put on my claim for this? Just back pain? Neck pain? Or be specific bilateral
ОтветитьUnless va does like they did me 15 years ago after a denial for an increase to my 40% back condition. In the denial and later appeal they blew about the spine being one system and you can not pyramid. 40 years from the 40% award and I am still 40%. Same with the neck, they screamed about pyramiding. They finally granted depression at 50 plus 20 from the original back claim. They say. 40+20+50 =a combined rating of 80% plus they broke their own rules in one claim and denial. I've been bs"d for 40 years to get where I am now. Two approvals and uncounted denials. Even with plenty medical evidence.
ОтветитьJust received my 80% yesterday. Followed you step by step, it worked perfectly. Thanks my Brother.
ОтветитьI appreciate you SO much because you just helped me realize that I am at 100% already with my documented neck and lumbar issues and didn’t even know it. Thank you so so much🙏🏾💕💕💕
ОтветитьI have a c and p for my lower back. Any tips?
ОтветитьLet’s say I went to increase “thoracolumbar spine strain” and I answered questions about the bilateral movement on DBQ does the va assess the thoracolumbar spine claim and give me a new increase based on the bilateral movement or do I need to file that separate claim on my own? Thanks!
ОтветитьHow much do you charge?
Ответитьso i have 10% rating for cervical strain, but after mri i have multiple bulged disks in my back do i claim radiculopathy of the lower back as a secondary to this? or lower lumbar spine?
ОтветитьI got over 100K after waiting for 11 years! Used a FL. VA lawyer. Noticed how he got paid first?? Then notified me weeks later?? I got 70% . I was @50% PTSD. ОтветитьGonna try this.
ОтветитьDoge needs to shut this down. 😂 We all have back pain. But the realest of us get our asses get up and go to work.. deal with it .. aspirin and ibuprofen Tylenol... Naproxen maybe also. 😉.
ОтветитьI ejected from a TA-4J Skyhawk in 1982 while on active duty. I had nagging back pains from then on - but they were manageable. I was young - in my 20s!! Plus, I didn't share this problem during my annual flight exams. What pilot would do that if he wanted to stay in flying status? 12 years later, while working as an airline pilot, the "nagging" back pains go worse, turning into a rather severe case of sciatica which required surgery to fix." The surgical scar is there. Although the surgery fixed the sciatica problem, I had permanent weakness of the back and loss of some mobility. The surgeon even told me that I should never try to pick up anything over 40 lbs. I'm 34 years old at this point. That's quite a restriction. I'm now retired from the airlines. In fact, I had to retire early (loss of income) because of increasing back immobility. I'm 68 years. I'm applying for VA disability for my back. I suspect they are going to deny it because this is taking forever.
Ответить80 seems like a bit of a stretch I made of these claims and got 30
ОтветитьAhh ohh....I just started listening to your videos and I feel ready for my c&p only to check again and found out I "MISSED" my exam. It passed 2 weeks ago and I am trying to call to hopefully get another exam. I am 10% connected for my left knee and my ACE exam Dr. found more service connected issue for my arthritic lower back, and herniated disk neck. What can I do to not lose this opportunity? Thk you ...
ОтветитьSometime you'll have to explain percentage calculations. It isn't clear how they are adding up. Thx.
ОтветитьI was diagnosed with mass level spondylosis while in the service which caused bad pain and only stop exercising and Advil could calm the pain. I got an MRI at the VA which showed Mild facet arthrosis at L2/L3, mild disc bulging and mild facet arthrosis at L3/L4, facet arthrosis at L4/L5 and trace disc bulging asymmetric to the left and mild left foraminal narrowing. Impression: lumbar spondylosis with L1/S1 left foraminal narrowing and L4/L5 mild left foraminal narrowing. My left leg is numbed to the point I can get stabbed in that leg and don't feel anything. My question is: Do I have to have the numbing of left leg diagnosed before I go to the C&P exam? Or just go to claim the back pain and mention the left leg numbing to the examiner? Thanks.
ОтветитьHello I'm confused, can you get rated for vertigo and Meniere's disease?
ОтветитьAre you filing everything else secondary to the back?
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I have been struggling trying to get ratings for patella tendon rupture since 2000 and the most I can get is 10% I have achilles tendon rupture on same leg 10% is all they will give so now these injuries have caused back pain and sciatica in both legs. Seeing examiner Thursday
