Dark blue is accurate to the series. It's probably because of the lighting in the show, but the car is blue. For accuracy, dark blue is the right choice. For style, either color works pretty well.
ОтветитьAll the way black
ОтветитьWhy do your hands always be shakin?
ОтветитьIt definitely should have been black.
ОтветитьThe mix was nice.
ОтветитьI just wished the Batmobile had 2 seats
Ответитьthis is how it should have been
ОтветитьProb gonna do this when I can get the set with a good discount. 'Cause I still have a €10 discount code for Pick a Brick
ОтветитьExcellent custom design for the black Batmobile!
ОтветитьI love the yellow brick headlights, gives it more realism.
ОтветитьIt will likely be a lot cheaper as well if you wait for the parts list to be uploaded to Bricklink and partout the set that way. Nice to see this done though.
ОтветитьLego was probably thinking, "fans are a little bored of black vehicles in DC. So why don't we make the BTAS batmobile blue? That'll make them happy!" When in reality, we're tired of getting only bat-vehicles
ОтветитьYour Black/Blue combo is cool and kinda hints at the animation shading 👍🏻
Ответитьi prefer the black one
ОтветитьBlue is more the color of the TAS related toys, but they should have gone with a darker shade, like the color used for the TARDIS and Optimus Prime.
ОтветитьOnce you go black Batmobile, you never go back.
ОтветитьLove the sideways rounded pieces where the stud shooters go. Looks a lot better
ОтветитьI hate it when lego do setsin the wrong colour, puts me off buying this set. I'd have bought the bad batch shuttle to had they did it in grey like it was in the show and not blue.
ОтветитьNow that’s the BMAS, Great Job 🥳🥳🥳
ОтветитьThe mix with black and blue is the best, it just gives that animated artstyle vibe
ОтветитьI’ll probably just get the dark blue one since it’s a unique take, plus all the stickers and minifigs for only $40
ОтветитьWhy is there a blue Batmoible in Hotwheels if there is no blue one. Love the black.
ОтветитьThe blue looks so awful i'm glad somebody agreed lego messed up the color
Ответить🎵 I see a blue car and I want it painted black 🎵
ОтветитьThe all black looks classic. The blue on the black looks good. I think they should have shot for the middle between the black and the blue, maybe a bluish purple. I don't think I'll ultimately purchase this set.
ОтветитьHold the pages steady, Ash! That glare is killing me! 😂
ОтветитьGreat video, especially adding the clip from the batman animated series confirming the batmobile color is black and not dark blue!
ОтветитьThe grey 1x1 round pieces are aligned differently on the black version than the blue
ОтветитьBlack>>>
ОтветитьThe blue looks like the original series, but this one looks like the re-designed series of season 3 I think. Cuz even his suit was blue in the first series but black in the follow up.
ОтветитьMan, what you did here is amazing! I love the black one, I love the blue one, but I also love the combination build you did! Either way I’m just so excited to get this set in my hands on June 1!
ОтветитьI need to see that Ninjago set
ОтветитьYou should put the black and blue on LEGO ideas with the three minifigures!!!!!!! And call it: The Shadowed Knight!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThat black and blue combo looks absolutely fire.
ОтветитьI still feel like the older Batman cowl piece like the one they made for Batman v Superman, better represents his look in the animated series. Very few, if any Batman cowls have pronounced chinstraps, and the fact that Batman’s chin is exposed is one of the more defining aspects of the design of the Animated Batman.
ОтветитьYou should do dark blue only on the edges, not everything on top
ОтветитьThe blue top /black body mix is more authentic. Like from "Almost Got Him" . And matches his cowl coloring in the series.
ОтветитьI believe it is blue. I was watching some episodes of the series, and I noticed that the Batmobile is clearly blue. And not even Dick Grayson's eyes, which sometimes appear blue and sometimes appear black.
ОтветитьSorry but it is clearly a dark pearlescent blue. This is confirmed in episode 48 the mechanic as well as others. Bruce calling it black means nothing when it is literally drawn as blue when we see it under normal lighting and not outside at night.
ОтветитьBro cel shaded the lego Batmobile. I love it
ОтветитьWhy not grey?
ОтветитьThis should be grafite
ОтветитьDisagree with you about the headlights being better as stickers. Your mod looks very nice! Very well done!
Ответитьblue looks better 100%
ОтветитьI'm going to build it in pink.
You whiny goth-emo's!
That two-tone mix really looks nice. I think that's how I'll display mine
ОтветитьPicking this up tomorrow 😁 super hyped about it to finally have animated series figures and the batmobile is awesome too 😊
ОтветитьWhat do you think is better? Black or Blue?
Ответить
