How to intercept passes in PES 2021?

I watched a lot of tutorials and everyone seem to make it to work so smoothly. When I tried feinting, double tap, and all the tricks... AI intercept everything. I cannot even perform one trick that works on the AI. I also upgraded the AI with mod from Holland, same result. I'm not sure how to really make it work, any tips?? :(
