I am wrapping up a defamation suit against me here pretty soon, where the plaintiff has been harassing my gf and myself through many legal processes and offered people money online for information about us, even said it could be fake as long as it led to a successful suit against me. Watching your channel has helped me learn quite a bit about civil law and how to kind of talk the talk and walk the walk, I will share the details with you one day, it's insane, and has been going on for months, and it's proof that all of us need to learn some legal stuff and know our rights.

Could you please talk about a case where an employee was forcibly evicted from her home without due process by police?
Illinois requires a court order and a Sheriff to forcibly evict someone.

Could you please talk about a case where several police were outside a bar talking to people legally smoking in a smoke shelter?
Except those same police had set up a blacked-out police car parked behind us at night at the other end of the lot. Several other cars had all cherries and berries on, but this one had no lights of any kind.
The police car, from Missouri, was a ghost and you could walk right into it, and it was parked directly in a traffic lane on a well-used road.
Luckily, I do not drink, I did see the car because I had seen it before in Missouri on Hwy 170.
My take on this is: "The suspects assaulted my officers while trying to escape and my officers had no choice but to shoot the suspects 200 times."

Illinois is a 2-party state and requires an IOU to be accepted.
The police refuse to arrest the thief, the DA refuses to prosecute, and the judge goes along with it.
I had to file a small claims case to get my money back, which cost me more money.
I won the case and the robber paid $1.00.
I still have the check.

Could you please talk about a case where police send someone into a bar to refuse to leave at closing time?
The bar owner calls police to remove her before closing time, and the police arrest the owner without ever speaking to the woman other than to her that she could leave now.
The judge in this case does not allow a trial of any kind, does not allow any facts to be heard.
Not even sitting on the bench he goes straight into fining $500 and threatening to make the fine $10G if it happens again?

Why are attorneys turning me down? Fifteen so far. My friend, strangled by a County volunteer airport manager, admitted to it at an injunction & to a detective, never prosecuted. The county administration, Commissioners, Sheriff's office were all warned by me two years prior & up to the Strangulation that he was getting dangerous & will do harm to someone soon. He did. Left my friend unconscious after dragging him out of his truck. I have photos I took of Strangulation marks on his neck, letter & email copies of my warnings to all above. I want to sue my county administration. No one wants it. Why? They're all fighting over car wrecks?

I was almost murdered twice on Maui...2 attempted murders, kicked out of Maui Memorial hospital after the community services that the hospital said would take me into a house with a nurse and a cook until the brain injuries...twice, 2 seperate people. 1st guy just out of prison 2 weeks after 15 years in prison.they gave him 4 years and no matter how many times I tried to participate no one would help me...the Det.. Biggoss said you can sue the parole board for letting this guy out...I was lied to threatend told to disappear and the second guy hurt me even worse. Det. Mawe dismissed the second case without doing anything except tried coercing the second case while I am still healing from brain injuries, now the CVVC and Freedom for the People at 1st said this should be on CNN now they're saying don't get a civil lawyer...it took almost a year after the CVVC or Freedom for the People told me to order all info. medical and their lies to me and then kicking me into the street while my life was in danger....
