Nature has provided us with complete foods but noooooo we humans think we are smarter and manipulate anything and everything. Now it all backfires. Dumbest species!

Besides hydrochloride acid lessening when you age, do you need to take enzymes to break down your food? Like papain for instance. What of ACV? Does that help digestion? Or tart unsweetened drinks like cranberry juice or goji berry juice unsweetened or cherry juice without sweetener?

Thank you Dr. Berg! I am furious that this was never talked about from my Dads VA doctor or any doctor. For decades he has been on medications for high blood pressure, antacids, cholesterol and calcium tablets twice a day for his arthritis. He ended up with a bone blood infection in the T6/T7 area the literally crumbled the two vertebrae. He had two back surgeries at age 88. I took him for a vascular study since they said he had a vascular stroke. He had 50 percent blockage in the back of his neck. Your video on why not to take calcium supplements made me wonder if that’s what caused the stroke and his antacids causing dementia. Because of your message we have stopped the calcium tablets and giving him tumeric and ginger tea , coconut nut oil and collagen. Now we are adding a B complex to his daily regimen. He is 93 now and lives in Klukwan Alaska. I know he is old but he is a trooper. They said he would probably not walk after two surgeries and he proved them wrong so you never know till you give them hell!

Dr. Berg, do you ever listen to your videos? You speak so soft and/or are far away from the microphone it is very difficult to hear you on MOST of your videos. This is with the speaker's volume turned up. Again this is on MOST of your videos which have excellent information.

I love all your information. As someone with a father who passed away from Alzheimer's and another younger family member who seems to have it, I am especially interested in this information. However, pretending to forget words comes across as making fun of those with dementia or alzheimer's. It doesnt seem very respectful.

Red meat is no longer considered a reliable source of B12 due to farming practices often killing the gut bacteria that makes B12 in cows etc. A supplement for everyone will be the norm unless you eat wild game

Regarding Alzheimer's and Amyloid Plaque, it has been discovered that Amyloid Plaque is not the cause of Alzheimer's. Some people with Alzheimer's haven't had a lot, or no plaque, and some people who haven't had Alzheimer's have had plaque. Dr. Berg has a video covering the issue of Amyloid plaque not being the cause of Alzheimer's. The video is 'The Real Cause of Alzheimer's is NOT Amyloid Plaque in the Brain' (2 Oct 2022).

Cancer treatments can greatly affect your B-12 levels. When I was undergoing treatment I began to experience problems with my balance, cognitive issues, and felt burned out all the time. Fortunately, my oncologist knew that treatments would likely affect my bodies ability to absorb B-12 and recognized the symptoms - I don't remember if it was the chemo or the radiation treatments or both. Subsequent lab work confirmed that I was well below the minimal recommended level. He ordered a series of B-12 injections over time. When those stopped when COVID arose he advised me to take supplements. I researched sources and started consuming nutritional yeast. Several months later I mostly switched to B-12 tablets. I don't remember how long it was, but within a year my level was way too high so I stopped. Unfortunately, my balance and cognitive impairments improved some, but, after seven years, appear to be permanent. However, I did feel more energetic eventually.

You should just be recommending a food source of all of the B Vitamins and you can get those in healthy sources that don’t promote heart disease and cancers which red meat does which would be bee pollen and spirulina.

My husband first experienced confusion and loss of memory in May of 2012 while undergoing rehab for alcoholism. Being home seemed to help him until 2017 when he gradually began experiencing Alzheimer’s symptoms. He had four to five hours a day where he wanted to get a "greyhound" to "go home." Also, he thinks I am his sister and believes he has rented a car (he hasn't driven in 5 years). His personal hygiene was in the tank, it was necessary for him to change two to three times a day. Without long-term insurance for his care, it was becoming stressful to care for him. This year our family friend "Ken" introduced and started him on BRONGEE HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS for Alzheimers and Dementia, 2 months into treatment he improved dramatically. At the end of the full treatment course, the disease is totally gone. No case of Alzheimer’s, hallucination, forgetfulness, and others, he’s strong again and able to go about daily activities. Contact Dr. Rohan today to Get yours via dr.rohanronjohn@gmail. com As this may also help you or your loved one get rid of Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Great to see a doctor focused on natural remedies along with supplements for good health. Too often people rely on pharmaceuticals and though some may help often you see more problems arise from taking them. Especially when there are multitudes taken each day! Don’t know anyone who overdosed on vitamins but maybe there has been some out there. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇨🇦
