CPU: amd a6-7480 radeon r5 8 compute cores 2c+6g
RAM: 8gb
GPU: GTX 750ti 2gb ddr5

The only reason im getting stutters is because im still using hdd for my boot drive

Wow, my very cheap GT 1030 GDDR5 OC actually crushes GTX 750 Ti. I get rock solid 60 fps on Lowest and 50-60 fps on Medium-High (dropping to 50 only in the city areas with NPCs wtih the average of 56fps). My CPU: Athlon 200GE.

my 750 ti holds up pretty good at 900p medium/high settings in 60fps but im getting fps drops cuz my processor is below spec (g4560)
