Ganyu Doesn't Need CRYO Damage Bonus?!!! This is the prove

In this video, we can see that cryo damage bonus for Ganyu is not really important to deal Damage to enemy, the totall damage output of charged shots lv.2 (bloom) will grant much damage if you want to use Atk% Artifact (goblet) Rather than Cryo Damage Bonus with the same Crit Damage Percentage.
Again I said, the total damage output (the sum of first damage and bloom damage of charged shots)
