Imagine if you ran this test with the SAME TIRES on BOTH trucks.
ОтветитьI’m a Toyota guy but drive a ram. What’s reliability if the truck is uncomfortable?
ОтветитьIt’s interesting. I own a 23 Rebel with the air suspension etc. I get nervous when I see mud bc I don’t wanna get stuck, yet I’ve watched this video at least four times. You absolutely power through that slop fast and slow. Guess I’m always scared of pushing the limits without someone there to pull me out.
ОтветитьRebel by a landslide. Great review!
ОтветитьShould've put the same tires on both trucks
ОтветитьSad this is before Canada became a socialist Marxist freedom hating dump!! I’ll never go back.
ОтветитьExhaust too loud 9n the highway?
Man grow a sack
That red thing will get rust bent warp and its thin red paint will peel
ОтветитьYeah this review confuses me a little bit due to there were a lot more positives for the Rebel, but then you leaned towards the Tundra. Smells like a paid review to me....
ОтветитьYou can't kill a Toyota Tundra.
ОтветитьThe TDR looks similar to a Corolla interior
ОтветитьThe exhaust isn't annoying at all you're crazy, it's sounds great and very mild
ОтветитьPut those tires on tundra and that thing would ride thru that mud
ОтветитьYou and me like cheeseburgers. Great video. Very thorough.
Ответитьthe tundra must have better suspension he was just floating in that thing and in the ram he was getting jerked all around lol
ОтветитьNice driving.
ОтветитьFunny how everyone cries about tundra not having lockers but every video that I see they always keep up with the rest that do have lockers
ОтветитьDoes the tundra still get 2mpg city and 4 highway ?
ОтветитьThe Ram no question. So many more functions. More performance.
ОтветитьI’m actually impressed with the tundra
ОтветитьBoth trucks killed it tbh
ОтветитьWell Done ! I have a 2021 Tundra!
Ответитьbuy a GM z71 and save some money.
ОтветитьSure, the Raptor was cute until the Ram TRX came out.
ОтветитьIm 6 ft 2 and my head is on the ceiling of the tundra
ОтветитьThe Red color in the Rebel is what has me not wanting one. Personally I hate it. Everything else about it looks pretty bad ass. The other issue is I have 273K abusive miles on my 07 Tundra Limited and it's still going strong. But time to be looking for newer truck, Chevy and Dodge are tempting, especially the Ram, but probably HAVE to stick with Tundra for the long term miles ya get out of them. New Tundra interior looks fancier than my 07 so the 2019 interior is fine with me.
Thanks for the great video.
For a real comparison in the mud you need the same tires on each vehicle.
ОтветитьI have a Toyota 2007 and put an air locker on it and love my truck
Ответитьis this about trucks or tires
ОтветитьThank you Toyota for the Elantra
ОтветитьIam sorry but , I bought a TRD tundra in 2009. That truck was the biggest piece of crap I ever owned. And I've owned the lot. Ford chevy Toyota my tacomas 2nd gen and 1st gen I still have terrific trucks. But the tundra was CRAP. I'd take it on very light offloading and the bed actually smacked the cab and dented it. Frame was weak and the HP was a joke. My brothers old school 5.7 chevy 1500 extra cab 2wd. Would smoke me. And uts was sad. Truck looked nice and I sold it to some person that swore by them made all my money back so wasn't to bothered. But if that's the same frame with some lip stick. On it yoyr saying soaks up anything is laughable. Sorry.... maybe toyota sponsors you or gives you a kick back or maybe your just a hard core yota full size fan. Whatever the case that truck is a joke sorry...
ОтветитьHad a 4th gen 1500 with the hemi and ditched it 2 weeks ago for a 2013 TRD tundra. The dodge was the biggest pos I have owned. The tundra is on a whole new level.
ОтветитьWish I could take trucks like that to the rice lakes
ОтветитьIf you complain about exhaust while driving on highway you are not a true American
Ответитьtundra....
Ответить존멋👍
ОтветитьNice test and comparison.Good work at it.
Finally a real truck test.
This man is good reviewer.. pls no more the boring old guy
ОтветитьWhen it comes to mud it’s all about the tires
ОтветитьHe was probably pay by Toyota to promote Toyota Toyota needs to go back to their own country
ОтветитьI know this is an old video. With that said, here in 2021, I can't wait for a TRD Pro, Ram Rebel, F150 Tremor hard core comparison.
ОтветитьI'd get the Tundra for one simple fact:
It will outlast any Ram truck.
The Ram will probably be in need of serious repairs before it hits 200k while the Tundra will soldier on well, WELL past that.
Not a fan of Japanese trucks, just look at the honda one, I'll take the raptor or rebel over "reliablity."
ОтветитьI got a tundra
Ответитьtundra laughs in reliable transmission had a 2014 ram 60,000 miles tans GONE. Now a proud Toyota owner.
Ответить, ام نايت النوم فرنج كارمود بيك
ОтветитьRam Rebel FTW!
Ответитьi mean hell my 2002 s10 zr2 could go through there bone stock seems like ram made a pavement princess offroad worthy
