That’s a a lotta cheese to digest,no good.

We did the same and it's not really good. Maybe more Cheddar. But yea good recipe.

Cheddar cheese (115g)*All cheese
Gruyere cheese (85g) *should be
Mozzarella cheese (85g)* grated*
1 tsp salt
Boiled water
400g macaroni
Butter
Flour
1L of milk
Black pepper
Nutmeg (doesn't contain nuts)

I kind of didnt mix the cheese and thick milk very well and each side of it tastes different but still tastes very creamy, i also tried different kind of cheese but it still worked out

Not bad, pretty solid, i like to sautee tomatoes, onions, garlic and, mushrooms, before i add the flour and make the roux. Some times if i have cauliflower and kale hanging around ill toss it in to not be wasteful. Then i ad egg yolks to make it richer at the end. However, its hard to go wrong with plain mac n cheese, especially with picky eaters around

[Edit] i also use broth to boil my elbows for an extra layer of flavor, happy cooking :)
