So for me ye my Xbox is on and I put my headset on and I can hear stuff through my headset but my monitor is just not turning on I unplugged all the cables and plugged them back in and is still not working?

I did this safe mode thing and it still didn't show the screen it just says no signal and nothing else

I put it in low resolution mode then pressed continue then i went to a screen wher is said restart this xbox and trouble shoot

Hello I'm having this issue, only thing is when I hold both buttons I don't get no safe mode screen so nothing pops up which means I can't factory reset it, I been trying for over 30 minutes now

my xbox just show up on 720p on my tv { 32inch a simple led tv }
when i use 1080 get black screen
i have a game monitor {24 FHD 1920 & 1080}
but just my xbox can show up on 640 & 480 } when i get high resolation get black screen and no signal
i use the hard reset and change resolation but not work again

Yo for me when i turn on my xbox it loads but instead of taking me to home its just a black screen and when i hold the xbox button on my controller it pulls up a screen saying turn off console turn off controller and restart console is there a fix for that or no?

idk what it is but something makes me not trust this, well see if i can get my xbox fixed

Also having this issue. Console goes through the green screen boot then goes to black. I've tried this fix and the others online to no avail, it won't let me get to the point where I can even load a menu or a helpscreen. This is an original xbone one elite, and if anyone has another fix besides trying various factory restarts I'd be grateful indeed

I use hdmi3 and hdmi2 and AV1

I put it in low resolution and clicked continue. It stayed a black screen and can’t do anything from there. Could anyone help or is the console toast
