You can improve quality of video/photo by recording/shooting it in camera app first, then uploading to social media. Also, social media apps have better built-in media compressing methods on iOS than android ones. (eg. WhatsApp)

my phone have stable videoo when recording but when i used video cam in messenger its so freaking lag doesn't apply the video stability

I think the compression methods also have a role to play. Even when I use my Android camera, it still comes out bad sometimes
