ОтветитьHi there! New SLP practicing and I need some tips. So my kid can do some routine gestures (high-five, flying kiss, fist bump) however when I try to teach her a new sign, she would rather manipulate my hands to to do the movement rather than do it herself. I am stumped! :(

ОтветитьThank you for sharing . so far , every video is great . Thank you so much
ОтветитьThanks for the reminder about being fun and exciting, my four year old is non verbal and after 3 years of doing this it's not so fun anymore but I really need to make more effort to make it fun for him.
ОтветитьWhat would you recommend doing to help a child who is 5 1/2 years old, and
has not grown out of deaffrication?
I hope I could watch your videos earlier. It would be helpful for my early intervention practicum. Thank you!
ОтветитьI was just recommended your channel and SO happy I found you!!! I Wish I had years ago! But never too late!! Your videos are by far the best speech videos that I have watched (and I've watched many) I love how fun and engaging your videos are. And I like that they are short and get straight to the point. Too many speech therapy videos ramble on and are too long, and waste your time, and aren't even helpful. By the time you get to the end you feel even more lost and confused than before! You are like a breath of fresh air!! And make what often feels overwhelming and a drag, fun, exciting and motivating! Love all if your examples, demonstrations and ideas. THANK YOU!!! 🙏👏🧡🧡🧡🧡
ОтветитьMy child just turned 1year this 14th Jan. She does the hi-5. She was doing the claps when she was 9/10m old but now she just won't do it anymore. Any idea why so?
ОтветитьThank you for this video! We're currently working on imitation of gestures and such so this is so helpful!
ОтветитьMy son is 2 years old, when I try teaching him to imitate he start laughing. How can I get him to pass that and actually start imitating
ОтветитьThese videos are SUPER helpful as I have been using virtual speech therapy sessions with our toddlers. I send them to families as extra tutorials. Thank you!
ОтветитьMy baby is 10 month old. She fully attentive, she smiles and laughs when I sing and clap but does not imitate my clapping.
ОтветитьI know treatment to assist recovery from Autism spectrum and speech delay completely without side effects
ОтветитьThank you because of this video I finally got my son to high 5!
ОтветитьLove your energy👍👍

ОтветитьThank you.. my son really love the sneezing game. Lol ok high five I'll try that
ОтветитьOh my goodness, please don’t stop making these sorts of videos! I feel so discouraged because my son just turned 16 months and isn’t talking and is stubborn with mimicking. Your enthusiasm and suggestions made me feel so much better ❤️
ОтветитьMy 18.5 month old can imitate gross motor, fine motor, gestures, and signs. He LOVES signing “again”. But absolutely NO imitation of sounds. No sounds really at all. He actually has a finger sucking habit that I believe has held him back and we were turned down for early intervention because his receptive communication and everything else was fine. I would really appreciate your thoughts. Mom on a mission here. God Bless ❤️
ОтветитьThank you!!! This channel is great, and very helpful❤️❤️❤️❤️. I am going to try every thing you are teaching to us with my little one😉😉😉.
