Sir suppose I pass upper laters in upper() function does still it's returning Upper case laters
Is it like that only
It's not checking the wheather in function we are passing uppercase or lowercase
e.g. select upper('KHALID') then it's returning uppercase only
It's not checking in which case we are providing data
Can you show some light on this
