Does it really make a difference if I leave it at 29,970 (NTSC) instead of typing in 30? I thought it was pretty much the same at 30fps.

Hello I have a problem when I update my frame rate to 60fps it always change automatically to 12fps eventhough I didnt check allow source to adjust frame rate, it only happens form 30fps and up.
Hopefully you can help me, thanks :)
