Dayton Viel is the person that Monique Worrell sentenced to 51 weeks in jail for a home invasion where he robbed the homeowners at gunpoint..where she dropped 5 charges against him and withheld adjudication so he wouldn't have been in violation of his probation if he was arrested again and was in possession of a firearm..the minimum recommended sentencing was 10 years.. after he was released from her recommended sentencing.. he was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor and recently he shot 2 police officers during a traffic stop.. he should have been in jail where he wouldn't have been able to commit another crime.. there are several other instances where she has allowed criminals to serve much shorter sentences and even no time incarcerated for their crimes.. Lorenzo Larry was arrested for firearm possession, carrying a firearm on school property, and a minor in possession of a firearm among other charges.. he was released immediately and since then he shot and killed his 16 yr old girlfriend who was pregnant with his child..people should be held accountable for their actions.. do a little research and you will find that a lot of the terrible crimes being committed are being committed by people that are career criminals and they will continue committing crimes if they are not held accountable by our justice system.. America is not perfect but she is all we have so let's work together to make it a better place for everyone.
