There's a new guy who does not actively listen. He is older so I thought he would know this. He asks a question, and when anybody gives an answer, he interjects at the last few words and throws an answer in. It's always incorrect. It's as if he is trying to validate his worth or intelligence by trying to correctly guess. He's the person who when someone else says "we finish each other's..." , he immediately jumps in and says "sandwiches". It infuriates everyone in the office.

Lack of soft skills has kept me out of many jobs

I know that hand movement is a big thing right now but I really hate it when somebody waves their arms are around continuously. I think that it can really be over done.

How come honst comes in attitude and not also in work ethic? I am interested in that perspective especially that some people can't help bending or changing the truth for different reasons.
In certain cultures the seller doesn't want to disapoint the buyer and they would say just anything to make them happy.
Unfortunately this always backfires.
