f'HAIR'y God father I need your help. So I've been watching your videos (and others for abt a year) I have about 15 months of hair. Idk... maybe 7 inches or so. My question is - when I finger coil my hair comes out more like a loc than a coil/curl. I'm fine with that - cuz it's definitely a protective style. I'm just wondering what I'm doing wrong that makes it not look springy. I have 4c hair. I've posted a picture from my finger coils I did yesterday on my page. Should I blow-dry my hair to make it more straight first? I know you often suggest more gel... any suggestions?
