What in the world is going on, how unprofessional she is, she would've been booted outta there with "NO PAY"!!!!!

This why at my wedding we had a simple 2 tier cake that was built as 2 sections. We cut the bottom tier and feed each other and then it was removed to the kitchen. It was wrapped up for us to take after the reception. Then the sheet cakes, decorated to match, were served. A trick I learned from uncle an Chef and baker in Las Vegas back in the 50s and 60s.
