ОтветитьField corn….😂
ОтветитьBerries too!
ОтветитьThank You!
I Took Notes!
Dr.Berg, i need an advice. in my thirties, single women, my height 162 cm, and weight 46/47. have this weight for ten years. people say i'm too skinny. i eat 3 times a day, work out thrice a week and just drink water, have regular toilet break everyday. even if i eat 5 times a day, drink soy bean and cow milk, it seems can't gain my weight. what should i consume to gain more kgs to be ideal weight?
ОтветитьDoctors don't talk about nutrition, it doesn't help their bottom line 😢. Keep up the good work ❤.
Ответить💋💯❤️
ОтветитьBeef makes my knees hurt so bad 😢
ОтветитьHow healthy is pork meat? It's much cheaper than beef.
ОтветитьFirst time I am seeing someone saying Red Meat is good.
I have seen others say it has high cholestrol & causes cancer.
Organ meats an dred meats. The most nutrients dense foods available to man. Bill gates has teased gmo mosquitoes to make toh allergic to red meat stay safe guys and wake up.

It would be great if you can talk about healthy diet for patients with high uric acid.
ОтветитьSo is chicken good?
ОтветитьFood product says a lot about what we seen in the supermarket. You unpack it, it's probably a food product. Real food you peel out, wash and etc.
ОтветитьLook at people's shopping carts at check out , OMG
ОтветитьWhat is apoliproprotein-B?
ОтветитьPhytonutrients are plant derived anti bacterial properties. What ever phytonutrients you are referring to in red meat is probably just white blood cell macrophages which is disgusting to think about. Just eat organic fruit from the garden.
ОтветитьWhat about organic chicken?
Ответитьthere is an important question involving the foods mentioned. i understand it’s not optimal but is living a keto lifestyle whilst eating average quality meats, eggs, shellfish etc still a fairly healthy lifestyle or do you nullify most of the benefits by eating grain fed animals? what if i can’t afford high quality food, what diet is the healthiest to opt for?
ОтветитьI love watching your videos and the great advice that you give!!! Awesome!!! I love cooking healthy but I don’t have your knowledge! I try to apply your great tips when I cook.Thank you.
ОтветитьHow ironic a McDonald's ad popped up during the video.😅
ОтветитьShe’ll fish is unclean
Just like swine is unclean
It causes all kinds of sickness! Theirs a reason why the CREATOR SAID NOT TO CONSUME
Dr. Eric Berg! I'm so grateful to you for opening my eyes to the world of nutrition, but being a vegetarian, sometimes I'm unable to extract & implement the full lesson of your videos. I'd love to see you incorporate vegetarian options in your videos. Thank you!
ОтветитьI lost confidence in this content when I heard beef.
Ответитьoh whaat, doritos are not made of potatos? i thought they made chips of potatoes
ОтветитьI make sauerkraut with purple cabbage.
ОтветитьI feel like if you’re going to say carbohydrates (aka fruits and veggies) aren't necessary, then there should be a caveat explaining the consequences for not eating them ever again.
ОтветитьDo you eat kimchi outside? you have to it stinks the whole house up.
ОтветитьStarted eating better last year at age 36. Lost weight and got stronger at the gym. Thinking long term health now.. ain't getting any younger but I can at least age better.
ОтветитьThank you sir what can vegetarians consume apart from Egg and vegetables
ОтветитьIs there no thought for animal welfare? For animals being tortured and slaughtered in slaughterhouses? Or is it that animals don’t matter and it’s all about us humans? What about having a healthy soul?
ОтветитьWhen you go to the supermarket how do you know that the steak has come from a grass fed cow?Good video.
ОтветитьThanks for the good work!
ОтветитьI have learned from you a lot and I just want to say thank you
ОтветитьI’m sadly on a FODMAP diet. So I can’t eat hardly any foods. Healthy like in the list or even the ultra processed junk.
ОтветитьAlways good stuff!!! Thanks Dr. Berg! I Love Pasture raised eggs. They are the best! I hope Celtic salt is okay. I got it from Mom’s in Alex.
ОтветитьHow old are you?
ОтветитьNot sure about shrimp... they are all farmed and bottom feeders. I would encourage fresh sardines as they are all wild and only eat plankton, so no heavy metals.
ОтветитьGout sucks. Can’t eat a handful of these. Dr Berg, any help for us who suffer with gout?
ОтветитьIt’s your parasites that love the meat, not you. Eat to live, eat living foods.
ОтветитьAny tips for large families? We have 6 children and our keto food bills are astronomical. Would love to see a video of keto on a budget.
ОтветитьOxtails and lamb are fine for me but the other red meat is absolutely DIFFICULT for me to digest. Is lamb considered "red meat"? 🤔🤔It totally explains the teen years why I always went for a gyro in the food court while all my friends were in line for burgers.
ОтветитьHe is the only doctor who is against his own industry 😂
ОтветитьI’m learning proper nourishment in a whole new level through your channel, Dr Eric. I’m just wide-eyed each time. I’m a Mum of a 4-year old and often the question in my head is how do I start my child with all these without affecting his growth and development untowardly? I just cannot imagine putting him on IF, but probably keto (low carb) is more viable.
ОтветитьWhat about the excessive amount of salt in fermented vegetables, including sauerkraut? 🤔
Ответитьi got a question... i saw this video about a guy talking about staying away from vegetable because of pesticides and stuff that vegetables can do to your body what do i do can i still eat vegetables?
ОтветитьHey Dr berg how about PULQUE
