DHT11 Temperature and humidity sensor using arduino with LCD disply tutorial

it was working but after a few minutes the lcd suddenly won't display anything, need help on this one

when I did this my temperature just stayed at 0 while the humidity mostly stayed at 2 is this a problem with my sensor?
