Thank you for this very useful tutorial, helped alot , may god bless you.
ОтветитьIn my case rotation axes seem to be wrong, couldn't find out why. The hardest part is not to bring the camera into aftereffects, but to get a 3d object proper positioned. I recommend to test with a very simple scene first. If someone knows a script, let me know...
ОтветитьThank you
Ответитьdosnt work for some reason there is a weird ofset
Ответить고마워~
ОтветитьEasy Peasy! Had no idea they integrated Maya files with camera so seamlessly and effortlessly into AE. Thanks for sharing!
Ответитьreally
Ответитьquick and straight forward. Thanks so much for that.
ОтветитьDoes this not work with Maya 2017?
ОтветитьCan you do one with textures and lights?
Ответитьerror in AE - cannot AEGP Plugin. Create a clean scene in Maya > import the camera move > save this scene as separate file. This then works.
Ответитьdont work, i need some plugin and i cant download that plugin, or where i can find it?
ОтветитьHoly shit I'm shook.. THANKS
Ответитьmy mind just blew. sorry I am 2 years late, still awesome
ОтветитьThe most funny tutorial I never seen. good job :D
Ответитьok it ain't working, the object the text just dissapears ( it's translate attributes are just off even though I follow this tut step by step)
Ответитьawesome,thanks!
ОтветитьWell done, I love the speed... STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! Love it!
ОтветитьGreat job friend!Thanks!
ОтветитьCan you do one with screen replacement? There are literally no simple, comprehensive tutorials on that. I ask because each time I import my scene into AE, the screen part drifts. I am working with Maya 2017 Update 3 which includes the new MASH Maya to AE tool.
ОтветитьFast, concise. Thanks!
Ответитьthanks bro... really helpful
Ответитьyou didnt explain how you linked the text to the angle of the sequence
Ответитьcan you describe the process? your mouse is too fast...
ОтветитьThank you so much
Ответитьhow to import AE camera to maya??
Ответитьfast toooo

I LOVE YOU MAN !
ОтветитьGreat job!! thank you!!
ОтветитьI need a help and ihave a diffrent question. Imagine that i build a simple map in Maya, (walls, street, buildings.) Can i import this map to AE (via element3d) and after that can i put 360 camera? (via skybox mettle) I want a create Vr World for my senior project. Do u have any suggestion?
ОтветитьHi that's really cool if you want to import Maya camera to after effects but what if I want to import a camera file into Maya in the first place. And I want to create the Maya camera file from a live motion capture camera. I am using the faceshift Maya plugin and have my character rigged for live character animation. All I want is to use the same motion capture file for the camera animation in Maya. Ideally I want to import the data into multiple cameras so I can pick the camera I want during a shot.
Please share any idea how I could do that?
But I need exporting from Maya box or circle etc to after effects for camera tracking and not video. How?
Ответитьand how is it vice versa? from AE to MAYA?
ОтветитьKhaled, you should definitely keep up these kind of videos. TEAAAAACH US PLZ <3
