ОтветитьI injured my IT band back end of last year and started going to the gym to try and keep the weight off. Didnt work, i understand I probably put muscle weight on but I also started looking fatter. Back into my running schedule again now and the weight is shedding off.

ОтветитьFor me personally THIS VIDEO IS 100% WRONG in regard to losing weight from cardio. I lose significant weight when I run. I am only an expert on my own body and I can't speak for other peoples weight lose journey. However I have lost 30 pounds several times in my life. The number #1 way for me to lose weight is steady state cardio, running is the street and parks at about 5 miles per hour. If I do this for 1 hour 3 days a week I will lose about 3 or 4 pounds a week. If also decreases my hunger and psycholgically helps me adhere to my healtrhy eating program. I am currently 5' 10' and weigh between 160 and 170 and I am muscular, I lift weights every day. If I become inactive due to long hours at my desk job I gain significant weight and I even gain weight eating healthy. I need the excersize and eapecially the cardio to maintain my weight.

ОтветитьThis is total rubbish. As a 20 years racing cyclist I've seen many many people buy a bike and loose massive weight. The secret is the diet. Changing the eating habits is the key . Makes no difference if you cycle,swim,weight train. Choose whichever is best.

ОтветитьThis is fake news. When you lift weights you’re no where near the same intensity as cardio. This video is made for lazy people who don’t want to do cardio. It’s all about balance. Cardio should be done often in conjunction with lifting but if you had to choose one over the other cardio is more important.
