i’m doing this program called the IB program at my school and we have to talk a lot 😭😭 like every time the teacher calls on me i literally just go blank. But if my mom or close friend asked me the same question i would answer it like ion understand myself😂🥴😭

not only am I antisocial but I'm very private. you can't trust just anyone with personal information about yourself. I think that's my biggest issue. I gave no trust in anyone. sure I'll talk and joke a little with coworkers and such but I suck at conversation. I never what to say and I never have anything interesting to say anyway. my life is boring for the most part and I don't feel comfortable telling strangers personal things about myself

I'm hoping your reading this because I've tried to become more talkative but sometimes it just ends, but I'm really talkative to close friends , I've even tried to participate in debates and so on, even like sharing stories with family I'd have to think like a hundred times before even saying it,I'd really like someone who could help me cause I really want to socialize more since I'm staying in a boarding school but sometimes I think that if I talk to much people will misjudge me or maybe I'd like say something wrong...I'm a really anxious person so I consider other people's feelings are important... hope you can help or anyone who's reading
