Oh wow , just realizing this applies to writing as well ! Plotters and Pantsers ! Architects and gardeners. Wow, this is SUPER interesting. Maybe it also applies to sketching intuitively, vs thumbnailing? - Great video btw. Love listening to these while working on my animated projects.

When i was a beginner I would Do Straight Ahead and Man!
I would draw for hours on every frame and the characters were continuously Shrinking and enlarging. And I was tired af But later on I discoverd Pose to Pose and it is a pretty good method

Fantastic breakdown, I've only animated a little before (adding little animated details to illustrations, etc) but definitely wanna try more and it's great to have a straightforward and well made video going over the fundementals!
