Please read: My father needs help. For years he’s been suffering with severe lung issues that started with being sensitive to mold and now he’s sensitive to something as small as carbonation from drinks. As soon as fumes, vapors, spores, carbonation hits the back of his throat- he gets a severe painful hacking cough and reaction that won’t stop. He’s not sleeping and losing weight. He’s tried all maintenance and rescue inhalers for asthma and nothing works. He has lots of expensive hepa filters. N95 masks do nothing to help and sometimes makes it worse. He broke down last night (he never cries) because it’s been almost 7 years and he’s so exhausted from the pain and lack of sleep. He fears he’s going to have lung collapse or worse.
