Method:
After cut up jackfruit and if it isn’t perfectly ripen you can put jackfruit in a plastic bag or paper bag with a few banana for a couple of days to ripen.
Wear gloves and use cooking oil to lubricant a knife and your gloves.
Cut jackfruit into sections , remove the core for easy peeling to remove the flesh.
Clean knife by putting on top of burning stove , wipe with napkin.
