Where in Italy should i go if only for a week and half or 1 week?

You missed out Sienna. Sitting in the main square feels like being in the fifteenth century. And much less crowded than Florence.

Go to PAESTUM, it’s 2 hours from Naples and you can find there a wonderful archeological site where you can admire GREEK TEMPLES. It feels like being in Greece, but it’s much cheaper.

I just left Italy after spending 3 weeks there and I have to say SKIP NAPLES. The city is dirty, ugly, the people are rude and the road rules are an absolute nightmare. The food was very good and cheap but it just wasn't worth it.
Florence was boring 😴
Milan, Venice and the Amalfi Coast would be my most recommended.
Beware the public transport nightmare that is Italy though. We missed several expensive trains because of late busses, delayed trains or public transport being so full that we physically couldn't step on to the vehicle.

Do not forget Milan!
