Both started out weak but came back hard at the end, but Bob Ross had better disses and was more consistent. Cool battle!

Oh and fun fact: The TV channels after Picasso's second verse (10, 13, 24, and 37) refer to the episodes in which the battles were released. (Ben Franklin vs. Mr Mays is Battle #10, Mr. T vs. Mr. Rogers is Battle #13, and so on). Just thought that was a cool detail
