ОтветитьThe guy put an entire "learning" seminar together just to play his ukelele to an audience
Ответить1.

ОтветитьOutliers book says “you should work ten thousand hours to being expert in any field.”, doesn’t talk about learning. Maybe you can learn something in 20 days but cant become expert.
ОтветитьYes, because after all it s not about what we have, it s about what we do with what we have. How deep we immerse ourselves in the very domain, that s what makes the difference, what makes you reach the so called tipping point, the pinnacle of success
ОтветитьLovely lecture I ever heard. Very informative and excellent. ♥♥♥💐💐💐
ОтветитьIt's really good recommendations
ОтветитьThanks Lex!

ОтветитьI learned this from homeschooling. I wanted to know how to play the guitar, so I taught myself. I wanted to know Spanish (more than my 1 year of high school had taught), so I taught myself. I wanted to learn how to cast and make silver jewelry, so I taught myself. I needed to learn how to fix my family's home, so I taught myself. I wanted to fix my car, so I taught myself. I can perform every skill of the trade in construction to pass framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, etc. inspection and I have worked for less than one week with another tradesman. If there is something that you want to know, you can learn it. That is why the elitism in understanding science, medicine, politics, etc. is absolute garbage, because, while the field can be broad, the specifics to certain ideas are fairly narrow and can be understood quickly.
However, the more you know, the more you realize that there are more connections to be made between different ideas, and the more you realize how much other knowledge is needed to apply what you have already learned. In short, you can learn things quickly in a defined area, but the broader the area, the more additional knowledge is needed to fully understand the defined knowledge you are learning.
I'm here 9 Oct. 2022..
ОтветитьI’ll believe anything that Megamind says.
Ответитьhe wanted to throw the playing and singing in for his ego...he could have totally left that out....
ОтветитьWatched this video nearly 2 years ago, and talked my woman into learning s'thing in this way. She decided to learn to play the flute and plays now classical music, Pink Floyd, Pop, Jazz, folklore on the flute, went from beginner to advanced level, coming from zero.
Thank you, Sir! You made a difference in this world.
Can I share the sound of this clip in my local broadcast program so as to become an entire educative sound session? thank you lots.
ОтветитьI'm literally here to procrastinate.
ОтветитьPaul Rudd in his greatest role :D
Ответитьcut all your hair off. studies show your Iq goes up 25 points when you look like lex luthor lulz
ОтветитьThis guy is painfully cringe
ОтветитьThis is just what I needed! Some motivation...to learn algebra and calculus. It is indeed a bunch of elements that come together in one 'machine'. Now...i have to put the machine in my head.
ОтветитьI disagree. You don't become "very very good" at chess or guitar for example after 20 hours at all no matter the method, sorry. Much better than not practicing at all but you will still be at a beginner level. Playing 4 chord songs with one strumming pattern is very basic, far from very very good. After only 20 hours you will lose 100% of games against someone who is actually a good chess player.
ОтветитьHe is perfect casting for Lex Luther
Ответитьvery good video =)
ОтветитьYo that's Idubbbz
ОтветитьExcellent....
