There should be slaughter houses closer to the source of the animals. Sitting too long in a truck to transport is wrong. gov't has made it hard for independent slaughter houses to operate and creating monopolies which have their processing plants too far away. Don't expect people to buckle under because you stand in front of a truck they will and should run you over.
