Hey can u tell how to set directx 12 at lowest graphics in config file ?

I want to clarify if you use an amd based graphics card you want to use dx 12 and if its nvidia you want to use perf mode. This is because amd don't have a very god dx11 optimization and perf mode runs of dx11

The delay is linked to the fps, since the dx12 was having more fps, it had less delay.
But if you cap both at the same fps the performance mode should have the best performance
